It is with great pride that I have taken on the responsibility of such a unique location. I realized immediately how important it is that every stage of the dining experience should be a celebration of our local environment, which by nature of its location is a thoroughfare, where locals have learned to accept and embrace different cultures and traditions.
It is with this in mind that every day our experienced chefs present dishes that tell the story of, the sweetness of the hills caressed by the sun, the sourness of the mountains, the lagoon and the sea, reflecting the essence of Friuli Venezia Giulia, which in every season brings us authentic and original flavours.
